Kristin D. Mercurio is a personal trainer that has been helping clients achieve their goals for ten years. She has extensive experience working with a wide variety of clientele of all ages. She specializes in weight loss, injury prevention/rehab, functional & resistance training, as well as performance-based sports training. She strives to keep her clients motivated by making workouts as enjoyable and fun as possible.
